We believe that travelers look for unique accommodations and desire to experience the city as a local with the locals. They want their stay to be easy, affordable and personal. That is why we decorate unique and personal hotel apartments on exceptional locations in Copenhagen.

We named our service “invisible” since we try to do as much as possible behind the scenes. We constantly try to predict guests needs before they emerge by listening to feedback and by using the best and newest tech solutions.

We are fast movers and plan to develop another 15-20 apartments within the next 18 months. We are driven, flexible and prefer not to be in the same space for too long which is why we do not have a fixed office space. We aim to keep our team strong, savvy and lean and do believe 100% in freedom within responsibility.  

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Handling bookings from Booking.com, AIRBNB, Expedia etc. and ongoing communications with future and current guests 7 days a week.

  • Quality control of each apartment before check in and follow up with your team of cleaners.

  • Planning, managing and expanding our team of cleaners.

  • Weekly meetings with management focusing on reports, reviews and progress.

  • Urgent problem solving for current guests plus small purchases for apartments.

  • Evaluation of workflow and implementing improvements.

 

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • You are living in Copenhagen and know what’s happening in the city.

  • You write and speak fluently english and hopefully other languages.

  • You are an open person with an easy smile and eager to please- An innate servicegene.

  • You are flexible and available 7 days a week, but do plan and complete most of your daily functions yourself.

  • You are used to working with different IT solutions.

  • Ready to begin work full time from June/July.
